Check-in

Before arrival

  • Check-in is from 15:00 unless agreed otherwise.
  • Before you arrive, please send (via WhatsApp) a photograph of the passport photo page or both sides of an EU ID card for everyone who will be staying in the apartment during your booking. It’s a legal requirement in Spain for all accommodation.
Send my ID
  • You will need to download the Nuki app to your smartphone. This will be your key to the apartment throughout your stay.
  • We will send you invitation codes to activate the app with the apartment door.

Arriving

I’m 5 minutes away
  • Buzz 4A at the intercom, we’ll let you in! Don’t worry, this is the only time you’ll need to do this.
  • Take the lift/stairs to the 4th floor. It’s a touch sensitive button, so make sure you cover the whole button with your thumb, trust us, it works!
  • From the 4th floor, turn left, go down the stairs half a floor, and the apartment is on your left. The door reads ‘Graham’ and is 4A.
  • Enter the apartment using the Nuki app you’ve been invited to, which works throughout your stay. The app will stop working at your check-out time.
  • Next to the front door you will find some keys. The main entrance key is here so you can let yourself in throughout your stay.

Parking

  • Outside of busy season, you might find an on-street parking space a bit nearer to the apartment, but don’t worry, there will always be a space in the car park less than 100m away.

  • The car park card is in the basket by the front door, in the purple lanyard!
  • Here is how to get to the car park from the apartment, by car.
  • When you enter the car park, do not press the button, hold the card to the reader.
  • You can park in any space! Even on busy days, there will always be an available space for card holders.
  • There is a pedestrian entrance to the car park which is nearer to the apartment, here’s how to get back to the apartment.
